President/Principal Consultant, Dr. Oluyinka Tella
A former practicing journalist in Nigeria and the U.S., Dr. Yinka Tella won the Diamond Awards for Media Excellence (DAME) for political reporting in 1993. He holds a doctorate in Higher Education from Florida International University (FIU), Miami, Florida and a Master of Science degree in College Student Personnel from Western Illinois University, Macomb, Illinois. A Certified Public Relations practitioner and holder of a post-graduate diploma in journalism since 1990, Dr. Tella is also a 1986 alumnus of the University of Ife and a 1998 Ogun State University MBA graduate. Dr. Tella has worked as Counselor and USCIS-Designated School Official (DSO) at Broward College’s North Campus in Coconut Creek, Florida since 2004.

A Certified Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator, he is an expert in organizational visioning and strategic/systems change management. He is the author of “The Post 9/11 Syndrome: International Education in an era of Homeland Insecurity – Perspectives from the Florida Frontline” and current president of the Nigerian American Foundation (NAF) of South Florida.

Vice President – Lydia Shola Tella, R.Ph., C.Ph.

Mrs. Lydia Shola Tella is a Consultant Pharmacist and President of Rise N Shine Pharmacy Inc., Pembroke Pines, FL 33029, which has been in operation since 2009. A 1998 graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria, and Mrs. Tella was a registered pharmacist with Walgreens for five years before opening her business.

A successful entrepreneur, she has been honored with the Women of Distinction Award by the City of Miami Gardens, Miami Dade County, Florida.

Abiola Sogaolu(ESQ), ManagerMr. Abiola Sogaolu, a teacher and Administrator of over 15 years experience, holds the Nigeria Certificate In Education  in Economics/Government from Lagos State College Of Education, a Bachelors degree in Political Science Education from The University Of Nigeria, Nsukka and a Diploma In Public Administration from Ogun State Polytechnic, Abeokuta. Nigeria.

Mr. Sogaolu taught in a number of elementary and high Schools in Ogun State of Nigeria. He has also worked as a Training Manager and later an Executive Director with Educom Ventures, an educational publishing and consultancy services company based in Abeokuta, Nigeria.

Prior to joining Global Tell Mr. Sogaolu, also holds a Certificate In Human Resources Management from Florida Atlantic University (FAU), worked briefly in the Felony Records Division of the Miami Dade State Attorney’s Office as well as Florida Department Of Economic Opportunity, Fort Lauderdale hub, as an Adjudicator / Employment Security Representative.  He brings in a unique leadership ability as a Teacher and an administrator.
